How we price our work

Every engagement is priced based on scope, team size, location, and preparation required. The figures below are starting points — your actual quote may vary after we understand your situation during an initial conversation.

Consultation rates

Manager Transition Planning

From NT$48,000 for the full six-session engagement over twelve weeks.

Includes initial assessment, stakeholder mapping, written 90-day plan, four follow-up sessions, and final review. On-site sessions outside Tainan city include a travel fee of NT$2,000–5,000 depending on distance.

Leadership Assessment Session

NT$12,000 for a half-day diagnostic and written summary.

Single session at our Tainan office. Payment due at booking.

Team Communication Workshop

From NT$28,000 for a half-day on-site workshop.

Price varies by group size (5–12 participants) and travel distance. Includes preparation, facilitation, and a one-page team communication charter.

Ongoing coaching

Some clients continue with monthly coaching sessions after completing transition planning. These are billed at NT$6,000 per 90-minute session, scheduled as needed with no long-term contract required.

What affects your quote

  • Team size: Larger teams require more preparation and often more complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Industry: Healthcare and manufacturing engagements sometimes involve shift schedules or safety protocols that shape session timing.
  • Travel: We serve southern Taiwan from our Tainan base. Visits to Kaohsiung, Chiayi, or rural sites incur travel fees quoted upfront.
  • Urgency: Engagements needed within two weeks of inquiry may carry a scheduling premium.

Payment terms

  • Transition planning and workshops: 30–50% deposit to confirm dates, balance due per agreed schedule.
  • Assessment sessions: full payment at booking.
  • We accept bank transfer and corporate invoicing. We do not process credit card payments on this website.

What is not included

Our fees cover advisory and facilitation services only. They do not include venue rental, catering, printed materials beyond standard session handouts, or third-party assessments. We do not charge subscription fees or retainers unless you explicitly request ongoing coaching.
